All rooms are comfortably equipped and have ensuite (shower and toilet) facilities.  All have flatscreen Digital TVs with Freeview, hair dryers, radio alarms, ironing boards and courtesy trays (tea, coffee, hot choclate, biscuits, etc).    Wifi connection is available in the bedrooms  as it is in the ground floor dining room.

We have eight bedrooms ranging from twin and  double to family including one on the ground floor (a double - room 8) which is obviously attractive to anyone with walking disabilities.

Specifically the rooms are as follows and we hope we can cater for most requirements:

    * Room 8 - Double bed enjoying recent refurbishment and the benefit of being on the ground floor.

    * Room 7 - Good family combination with relatively compact double bedded room (which of course has all the usual room features) with adjoining room with adult bunks, TV, radio alarm and the ensuite shower and toilet.

    * Room 6 - Another family room - L shape - with a double and two single beds.

    * Room 5 - Family room with a King size bed and adult bunks.  In addition to normal facilities this room also has a fridge.

    * Room 4 - Like room 8  a double bedded one.  (redecorated Autumn '08)

    * Room 3 - Appropriately numbered this has three single beds but this can be altered to a Kingsize and single. This room has been fully refurbished in Febuary '09

              * Room 2 - A large family room that enjoys having a double bed, adult bunks and a substantial metal framed fold down bed  (a futon) - easily accommodates five.  (redecorated January '09)

               * Room 1 - Twin Bedded to rear of the property and looking toward the City Centre (redecorated January '09)

We do have a travel cot available which will fit in some of the rooms and there is additional bedding available where space allows.

We don't have single rooms as such but we do, subject to availability, let out other rooms in lieu as is the case with family rooms being let out as double ones.

Mention is made above of redecoration but hopefully it goes without saying that we have an ongoing policy of upkeep on all of the rooms to ensure enjoyment of your stay.

The Dining Room is located on the ground floor, has just been redecorated and enjoys new seating.  On the very unusual occurrence of guests arriving without vacant seating there is a lounge area to wait in.
